Gracias Juan. El problema es que no logro hacer que un video de vimeo se comporte responsive, utilizo iframe incrustrado. Tienes idea de cómo puedo hacer para que el video incrustrado de vimeo se comporte responsive? Gracias miles |

I made my custom app from moodle mobile , and followed all instructions . but notifications give error " Mismatch sender Id " , Is it required to upload the app on store or could i test it from the debug package directly ?

Hello Ken, thank you very much for your help, the problem I had was that I was not entering the full URL of my site. In my case my site is redirected from http: //elearning.ruat.gob.ob automatically to http://elearning.ruat.gob.bo/moodle, but this redirection is not done by the App, so I have to enter the full address.by romit solanki.

This is a feature, see the 3.4 release notes, specifically:
"MDL-28574 - Web services: Manage tokens page should show tokens for all users"

Hi Karim,
you don't need to publish an app in the stores to test Push notifications, you can use the development apk for testing them

Hi Juan
So, all the parties seem to share this common ground – in trying "to have a similar experience in all of them."

I guess the question should have been "why is the paragraph text smaller?"
This will make it 16px
//make paragraph the same size and color .item p { font-size: inherit; color: inherit; }
...which overrides:
.item p, .mm-grades-table .itemcenter p { color: #666; font-size: 14px; margin-bottom: 2px; }

Hi Juan,
Yeah, that would be pretty cool. Our organization certainly put a lot of value on having analytics for the app, and I suspect many others feel the same. Filtering the logs for webservice calls isn't quite enough. If you get to it after you guys upgrade Ionic versions, you could use the extra Ionic 2 plugin, which would be helpful.
One thing that would be interesting to explore would be unifying analytics across Moodle Mobile and Moodle web, using the GA setID function to track users by their moodle ID (GA would, of course, anonymize this). So you could follow users as they moved between the app and the website. But I've heard that if you give a website and a mobile app the same GA property (tracking code), some stuff can get messed up. And if you want to use different properties, you need a paid GA account to roll them up. Needs more research, but it would definitely be neat.

Hi Juan
Can I get who's failed login in mobile and web in moodle?
Where i can get this info?
Thanks

Good to know, thank you Juan!

Yeah, we figured as much from what we saw, but really appreciate the confirmation. Looking forward to the improvements Thanks for your time!

No worries, appreciate the help!

Makes sense since the user is then able to seamlessly go offline once the package is downloaded. Thanks for the confirmation.

Really it should be a core app feature. But the developers have other things on the roadmap and may not have considered this (they'll need to chime in). A plugin, if someone can develop that quicker than they can build the feature into core, isn't a bad idea - the framework for this is changing in the next major release though, so until it's documented probably best no-one puts much time into it beyond proof of concept maybe.
Has global search on web stopped needing java gubbins to work then? We are moving to Canvas at the behest of our CEO next academic year, so my development time with moodle isn't really there now, I am continuing to follow things as best I can.

Hi,
Can we customise the moodle mobile app (change logos/icons etc only) and use FCM/GCM instead of installing own airnotifier server?
We would definitely like to have push notifications but cannot afford to host our own airnotifier server. We are very small and just starting off.
Please suggest options?
Thanks
