Please Provide a valid site URL Error

I have installed the newest version of the app, and am using Moodle 2.7.1.

I have enabled web services for mobile devices.

When I put in my site URL, I get the message "Please Provide a valid site URL Error."

I have tried on both an IOS and Android device, with the same result.

Any suggestions?
