We have 4 moodle sites and can successfully connect via the mobile app to 3 of the sites but not to the 4th. All or on moodle 2.4, same build, and all have web services enabled. We are connecting using our Microsoft Active Directory LDAP. We can log in just fine to the front end of the site, but not using the App. We are entering in the site correctly, and using a valid user account
The error message we get is:
Cannot connect: Verify that you have typed correctly the URL and that your site uses Moodle 2.4 or later.
I have read through several of the other posts in the forum and tried everything I've found but nothing helps. The fact that we have 3 other sites that this works for tells me that it's probably not a network issue but we just can't see anything different, plus we also tried connecting from a cellular data connection and got the same error.
Any ideas for things we can check?
