Standard view back to Mobile View

I apologize if this is somewhere else in the forum but I have tried multiple searches with no answers.

This has happened on IOS phones and Android tablets.

When we first log into our site via a web browser, we are in mobile view. Once we scroll to the bottom and select standard view we are never able to go back to mobile view. 

Are we missing something or is there and administrator setting that needs to be set?

BTW, we are using MoodleRooms and just upgraded to Moodle 2.6.
