I've marked the two articles as obsolete, since we just build using Phonegap Build.

For building in iOs, you should follow this instructions:

Use the new Phonegap 3 tools for creating a project (you should create a com.moodle.moodlemobile project) and unzip there the Moodle Mobiles latest estable files https://github.com/moodlehq/moodlemobile/archive/VERSION_1.4.zip
