Hi.
Currently in my work we use moodle and we want to enable instant notifications, I was given task of doing this, reading about notifications I have seen that it is necessary to enable the features in the Site Administrations and have a server to send the notifications but when I go this page of moodle server (https://messages.moodle.net) does not allow me to go some link.
I have seen that also can download it from ginhub and install on the server but unfortunately I don't have adequate permismos to do this.
I wonder if you can help understand why moodle server (https://messages.moodle.net) does not allow me to register.
