Moodle Mobile Usage Reports and Activity Logs

Hello,

is there a possibility to get usage reports and activity reports for Moodle Mobile, so I am able to see how often and what contents students accessed using Moodle Mobile on a tablet?

If so, is it possible to use Moodle Mobile mainly offline with contents downloaded on the tablet, and then every half year have the tablets synchronized online with new contents, that are downloaded on the tablet and also have the usage and activity reports synchronized?
